Daniel & Co. (Gifts) Ltd. was established to operate the gifts wholesale business and became an agent for Hello Kitty products of Sanrio.
1999
D&G Development Ltd. was established to manage the retail business. 14 Sanrio Gift Gate retail shops were opened within one year.
2001
Became the general agent of Sanrio.
2003
Set up Merchandising Department to expand the scope from product development to distribution and sales.
2004
Expanded business to Singapore and established Megcorp & Co. Pte. Ltd for toys wholesale business.
2005
Ventured into the China market and expanded geographical diversification.
2010-2013
Carried out internal reforms bringing optimization to operating systems, institutional management and resources management.
2011
Guangdong D&G Trading Co. Ltd. was established in China to further consolidate its business in China.
2022-2024
Executed the optimization project of the workshops in Hong Kong and China, integrating offices and warehouses to maximize communication and coordination, upgrading equipment and facilities, thus laying a solid foundation for long-term development.

  • Began to develop toys wholesale and retail business in China.

  • Guangdong D&G Trading Co. Ltd. was established in China to further consolidate business in the region. Daniel & Co. became the sole investor and full ownership has streamlined management.

  • The establishment of branches in Shanghai and Beijing demonstrates the company's determination and action to actively expand its territory.

  • Initiated an optimization project for offices and warehouses in Hong Kong and China, integrating a total of 500,000 square feet of space. The upgraded facilities and improved layout enhance communication and coordination, laying a solid foundation for long-term growth.​
